Life Path Navigators, Inc. is a charitable 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides structured mentorship programs that connect experienced adult mentors with youth in need of guidance and support. Our mentors work one-on-one with young people to build trusting relationships while helping them develop essential life skills, academic abilities, and career aspirations.

Through regular meetings, workshops, and hands-on activities, mentors serve as positive role models who encourage youth to discover their strengths, pursue their interests, and overcome challenges. Our approach focuses on the whole child, addressing academic performance, social-emotional development, self-confidence, and future planning.

Mentors receive comprehensive training in youth development principles and effective communication strategies. They commit to consistent engagement with their mentees, creating a stable, supportive presence in young lives that might otherwise lack positive adult guidance.
